> Frank Zuuring is an AI consultant based in Kingston, Ontario, Canada, working with businesses across Ontario. ## 90-Day AI Implementation Program (Order of Work)
- One one-hour working session a week for 90 days, plus short tasks between sessions.
- Month 1: set up a model-agnostic AI environment and Business Brain, interview staff, select three workflows.
- Month 2: observe, redesign, test and put the first workflow into operation.
- Month 3: implement two more workflows, test recovery and continuity, hand ownership to an internal AI Lead, agree a nine-month plan.
