I’m a Canadian technology and digital transformation leader with 25 years of experience spanning telecommunications, broadband, CRM, mobile products, digital education, Web3 and AI.
My understanding of business began earlier, watching my father take products from concept to market. His work included the Perfecta Blade with Wayne Gretzky; the award-winning PC and Mac games Tristan and 8 Ball Deluxe Pinball; the early fishing simulator Gone Fishin’ with the Izumi brothers; aircraft-simulation products for the Canadian military; and, later, his definitive books on the Avro Arrow.
In 2006, he helped me launch my own board game, Antarctica: Global WARming. At its height, the game was sold through Walmart and other major retailers across North America. That experience gave me an early, practical education in product development, partnerships, manufacturing, distribution and bringing an idea to market.
My own technology work has included Bell Canada, JDS Uniphase, high-growth technology companies, national standards organizations and digital products reaching more than one million downloads.
Today, through Order of Work and Augmented Work, I help Ontario businesses build their AI foundation, develop internal AI Leads and implement AI through real business workflows.

I’ve lived and raised a family in Kingston for over 25 years. The businesses I started with are the same ones I buy from, hire and run into at the rink. What does an AI consultant do?
An AI consultant helps a business decide where AI should be used, sets up the tools and controls, and puts AI into real workflows. Frank Zuuring works with your team one hour a week for 90 days and trains an internal AI Lead so the work continues after the program.
Do you work with businesses outside Kingston?
Yes. Frank is based in Kingston, Ontario and works with businesses across Ontario, including Toronto, Ottawa, Belleville, Brockville, Peterborough, Cornwall, Hamilton and London. Weekly sessions can run remotely or on-site.
How long does AI implementation take?
The 90-Day AI Implementation Program takes three months. Month 1 sets up the foundation, Month 2 puts the first workflow into operation, and Month 3 adds two more workflows and hands ownership to your team.

The environment is model-agnostic. Your knowledge, rules and workflow instructions are kept separate from any one AI provider, so you can switch to a better or cheaper model without rebuilding.
What is an AI Lead?
An AI Lead is a person on your staff who maintains the AI system, its rules, tests and records, and manages changes. During the program they build and test real workflows with coaching, and afterwards they can build the next one.
How much time does my team need to commit?
One one-hour working session each week, plus short review, testing and approval tasks between sessions.
